2. Data we collect
We collect the data you decide to share through the contact form (name, email and message), as well as browsing data obtained via cookies and similar technologies, subject to your consent.
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data to respond to enquiries, provide information about our real estate crowdlending projects, improve the site, prevent fraud and comply with applicable legal obligations in Argentina.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your express consent, on the performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures and on Velorixanov's legitimate interest in operating and improving its services.

We keep your data for the time needed to fulfil the stated purposes and, after that, for any legal retention periods. You can request its deletion when it is no longer necessary.
